Rental Policy
Rental Fees: All prices are quoted for a single day event; a weekend is considered to be a single day event. If you require equipment for longer than a single day or weekend, weekly and monthly rates are available. Rental charges are based on the time that the equipment is out, not usage.
Delivery: Delivery is no longer available. Pick-up services are available. Lutz, Florida 33549
Inspection: All items are cleaned, sanitized and packaged to ensure that you receive equipment in good condition. You are requested to inspect all items at the time of delivery to ensure that you find them suitable to your needs. Linens are not ironed. Please be prepared to do this prior to your event. Please account for the time required to steam all linens. Some items (i.e. china, glassware, flatware) may be subject to a cleaning deposit. Dirty linen should be wrapped in a tablecloth to prevent mildew and never placed in plastic bags. Do not fold damp linen. Remove all wax residue from candle holders. All food trays and dishes should be rinsed and free of food debris. All linens should be washed and folded back into the provided tub/bag prior to returning.
Reservations: A Credit Card is required to reserve an item. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance to ensure that your equipment will be available for your event. One month to six months advanced reservations are recommended. For most equipment, a deposit of approximately $50 or 10% on orders over $500 is due to reserve your rental items and date. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance on rentals are due one week prior to event date.
Custom Orders: Any custom orders are required to be paid in full at time of order. All sales final on custom items.
Cancellations: Cancellations for rentals are accepted up to one week before event date. We can help reschedule or you will receive a refund minus the deposit amount and restocking fee.
Linens: Any damages to the linens such as, but not limited to, severe stains, candle wax, chocolate, mildew, rips/tears and/or burn holes while in renter’s care will be subject to pay a cleaning and/or replacement fee. The replacement fee is 3 times the rental rate. Never put wet linens into a plastic bag.
Loss or Damage: You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. You will be charged a replacement cost for missing or broken equipment or packing containers.
Release of Liability: Tampa FFDS is NOT responsible for injury occurring to Lessee or to any persons using the leased property and the Lessee further agrees to hold Tampa FFDS free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms, you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment.
