FAQ

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

 No order is too big or small! We strive to help all budgets and needs!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 That's the fun part! There are a few ways to place an order. We recommend looking through the catalog and scheduling a consultation! Other ways are through email and phone if you know exactly what you will be needing. All orders will receive an itemized invoice before payment is made to insure a correct order.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

 All rentals are from Thursday to Monday. Unless otherwise stated. You may keep rentals longer for an additional fee. 

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

 We recommend reserving your rentals at least one to six months in advanced to insure availability. Special request items need at least 4-6 weeks advance notice.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 All sales are final. Deposits are non refundable. Remaining balances can be used as store credit. Please be sure of dates and sizes prior to finalizing an order.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT?

Yes. An emergency contact number can be located on your invoice.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Deposits of $50 or 10% on orders over $500 are due to schedule rentals. Remaining balance due one week before rental date. Custom Item payments are due at time of order. Most damaged and missing items are charged at 3 times the rental rate.
